3) How long take to my order be approved?
If you use credit or debit card payment your order will take 24 hours to be approved. This time is used to verify your information for your security. If you choose another payment method your order will be approved as soon as we received your payment.

4) What shipping method do you use?
We use Express Mail Service as shipping method

5) When my order will be shipped?
All orders are shipped within the next 24 business hours after the payment is received.

6) When I will receive my order
Your order will be delivered within the next 3-5 business days.

7) How do I track my orders?
If you already have your tracking number and want to find out the status of your package, you have to call your local Mail Service and tell your tracking number. They will give you information about your order or you can contact us to incacraft@terra.com.pe and we will give you the status of your order.

8) Its my order insurable?
All orders shipped via EMS included Insurance for a value up to US$180.00 + the shipping charges. If you wish another shipping method please contact us before complete your purchase.

9)What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, or if it is received damaged, just return it to me in the condition it was received within 7 days. I will replace the damaged item if is available or I will give you a full refund of the purchase price (no shipping charge included).

10) What if I do not receive my order?
Be sure to indicate the correct mailing address when you are filling out your order form. Inca Craft Peru is not responsible for items that have not been received due to an incorrect address or change of address. If you have not received your order and would like to check the status, please contact our Customer Service Department at incacraft@terrat.com.pe (be sure to note your order number and e-mail address, and verify the correct mailing address). A customer service representative will check our records to determine when your order was processed and mailed.
