General Information:
Should you decide to purchase from us, it will be necessary to include shipment charges with your payment (unless otherwise indicated) per the table shown on the page where the product appears.

Shipping Methods:
1)Express Mail Service (3-5 business days)
2)Second Class Registered mail, 15-20 business days, no tracking number included
3)We can use antother shipping method for your convenience but please before you finish your purchase contact us.

Trackining your order:
If you already have your tracking number and want to find out the status of your package, you have to call your local Mail Service and tell your tracking number. They will give you information about your order or you can contact us to incacraft@terra.com.pe and we will give you the status of your order.

Shipping policies:
The formal claim for first class registered mail will be done after 20 days of the shipment
The formal claim for second class registered mail or economic service will be done after 30 days of the shipment
The formal claim for Express Mail Service will be done after 10 days of the shipment
To get an answer from the post office about your claim you should wait up to:
" 30 days for EMS
" 60 days for first class, second class or economic service.

Important Notes:
1) The value of the insurance is up to US$200.00 per parcel 2) We can only do a formal claim up to 180 days after the parcel is sent
